It’s that time of year again!!.
Christmas and New Year brings tremendous joy that we can share with our family and friends. Actually the holidays and the idea of spending time with near and dear ones is the key to that tremendous joy.
It’s that time of year also where we want to pause and think about how we want to step in the new year. Many of us retrospect and check the life choices that were made for the gone year. Which of them turned out to be best for us and which didn’t.
New year resolutions are a perfect way to sit and write down the important life changes that you need to make with the coming year.

1. Get in shape or become fit:

Do you delay or postpone tasks for the next day, then end up delaying the next day too. It’s Easy!! Walking is the simplest way to start and continue to a healthier you. It costs nothing and can be done easily. A 30 minute walk every day improves your heart health. You can walk to office, grocery store, after dinner in a park. You can also try for increasing physical activity wherever you may be. You can do exercise with other activities, such as watching TV.
Do housework yourself such as cleaning and gardening instead of hiring someone. Saves money as well. Many of us have sedentary jobs, and we spend a significant part of our day in offices at desk. Learn a new language or get started with much thought about DIY. It’s a constructive use of your free time and you may pick up new skills on the way which might be handy in future.
14. Move towards an organized life:
Get some organizational skills. De-clutter your home, mind and life.

Cooking your own food occasionally will not only improve your health but will also save you some bucks.

Social detox is the way to go in holiday season. Spend Quality time with your near and dear ones.

Punctuality is a trait that is respected in our society. Being on time makes you a true professional and a dependable person. so it is a good idea to be on time and earn that respect.
19. Increase your creative skills:
When we get mentally exhausted and our creativity just disappears. This is particularly bad if your profession depends on you to come up with new ideas and creative efforts regularly.
20. Healthy habits should be continued for long lasting effects:
