leads to many diseases as our body is not used to this kind of lifestyle some of the common diseases
which can be seen in diabetes.
This disease can be commonly seen in everyone starting from minors to adults. Many clinical trials have
proved that this is basically because people are so into technology and work that they don’t take of their

insulin properly. This type of diabetes can be generally be seen in people who are above 40, overweight
has a family history of diabetes.
People with diabetes have a higher risk of heart disease and are at great risk of developing mental
health disorders such as depression. So one needs to take some steps or bring some changes in lifestyle and food that you eat though that doesn’t mean that you need to live your life in deprivation.
It means having a tasty, balanced diet which will not only boost your energy but it will also help in
curbing this disease and improve your mood. In order to curb this disease, you need to follow a diet and
health chart such as:-
1. If you exercise daily and reduce your belly weight by 5-10% it is possible that you might get a lump
of lower blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Losing weight and having a proper diet can
improve your mood, give you energy and sense of wellbeing.
2. Having a disease like diabetes doesn’t mean that you can’t have sugar ever again rather you can
enjoy your favorite treats as long as they are taken in measure quantity and has limited sugar quantity.
You don’t need to put a stone on your heart by completely saying goodbye to desserts as long as they
are a part of a healthy meal plan. The principles of healthy eating are the same whether you are
diabetics or not. Expensive diabetic food generally offers nothing but just a burden on your pocket.

causes insulin resistance a key factor in diabetes. A good pocket-friendly and healthy diet include the

Diabetes is a common disease these days but we shouldn’t take it lightly instead we should change our
