Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence) and Pat (Bradley Cooper), are the two main character in the movie who are suffering from an unnamed mental illness and bipolar disorder respectively.

Although the film recognized some criticism for illustrating and presenting mental illness in front of wide variety of audience. But a psychiatrist named Steven Schlozman, MD, from Harvard, reviewed film to be enjoyable and meaningful.

The Breakfast Club is a story of Students studying and gets a heartbreaking shock. They get detained and will not be permitted to attend the next periodic classes. It revolves around 5 kids who are studying in high school and get letter of detention and it created a lot of pressure onto the small kids and which finally turned into a mental illness.

Five kids were being portrayed as, rebel, nerd, kook, popular girl, and athlete. Brian (one of the students) tried to commit suicide using a flare gun. And the Andrew (Student) who suffered a lot and heard a lot of abuse from his Father.
