- Dried Red Chillies 40
- Garlic 16 cloves
- Vinegar 16 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sesame oil (til oil) 3 tablespoons
Blend together all the ingredients – red chillies, garlic, vinegar, sugar and salt to a fine paste in a mixer grinder. Add oil and blend well once again.
Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
